“直通乌镇”全球互联网大赛作为世界互联网大会“1+3”重要板块之一，是一个聚焦数字经济、贯穿全年的国际性赛事，通过探索互联网新技术、新模式、新业态，搭建国内外互联网项目、技术、人才和资本合作的重要平台。

   As an important part of the World Internet Conference, “Straight to Wuzhen” is a year-long global event for the advance of the digital economy. By exploring new technologies, new business models, and new industrial types of the Internet, the competition builds a key platform for cooperation on global internet projects, technologies, talents, and investment between Chinese and global companies.

大赛面向全球开放  其中参赛对象应满足下列条件:

The competition is open to contestants globally with the following requirements: 

1、参赛项目应符合消费互联网、工业互联网、人工智能、集成电路和5G应用5个专题赛；

The projects should be related to five themes, referring to Internet of Consumption, Industrial Internet, Artificial Intelligence,Integrated Circuit, 5G Applications.

2、项目所在企业需为已注册公司，且信誉良好，无不良记录；

The company to which the project belongs should be a registered company, with a sound reputation and record.

3、项目团队须有一人拥有博士学位或在大型互联网企业高管任职经历；

The team should have at least one member with doctoral degree or having working experience of senior management in large internet companies.

4、项目已经完成天使轮投资及以上；

The projects that have gained  angel round financing and above are allowed entry.

5、参赛企业对项目有自主知识产权，并未侵犯任何他人的专利权、著作权、商标权及其他知识产权，且不得违反国家相关法律法规，否则取消参赛资格；

The contestants should legally own the intellectual property rights of their projects without any infringement and violation of related laws and regulations in patent, copyright, trademark or any other intellectual rights. Failure to meet this requirement will result in disqualification. 

6、参赛队伍需按参赛要求提交参赛作品和相关材料，并对所有信息的准确性和真实性负责，并签订真实性承诺书，一经发现虚假信息则取消参赛资格；

The contestants should submit their projects and related materials as required, and they need to sign a letter of commitment to guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of all information submitted. Fake information will result in immediate disqualification.

7、大赛组委会在大会官网、大赛官网及相关渠道公示决赛结果，接受社会监督，一个月内未通过公示的队伍将取消参赛资格，并退回奖金、证书、奖品等获奖资源。

The Organizing Committee will announce the final results on the official website of World Internet Conference and other relevant channels for public supervision. The contestant who fails to pass the one-month public supervision will be disqualified, and the prize, certificate, and award will be revoked.

每个专题按照网络初赛、复赛、决赛三个阶段举办

Each theme will be divided into three stages: Online Preliminaries, Semi-finals, and Finals

网络初赛 | Online Preliminaries

分专题面向全球征集数字经济领域优质项目，组委会组织各专题专家评委完成线上评审，每个专题挑选出15-20个项目参加对应复赛。

The competition solicits high-quality projects of each theme in the field of digital economy worldwide. 15-20 projects of each theme will be selected through online review by experts and get access to the corresponding semi-finals.

复赛 | The Semi-finals

专题复赛在京津冀地区、长三角地区、粤港澳大湾区、长江经济带等国家战略区域结合地区产业优势选择5个核心城市举办。

The Semi-finals of each theme will be held in five core cities with regional industrial advantages, which are selected among the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the Yangtze River Economic Belt and other national strategy areas.

国内选手进行现场路演，海外选手通过视频连线进行路演。通过数字化手段实现海内外选手同场竞技，评委进行现场点评或连线互动。

Domestic projects will be reviewed through on-site roadshow, and overseas projects will be evaluated through cloud roadshow. In other words, domestic and overseas contestants compete with each other by means of digital connection, and the judges make on-site comments and online interaction. 

决赛 | The Finals

决赛将于2021世界互联网大会期间举行，国内项目现场路演，海外项目通过视频录播的方式进行。专家进行现场评审打分，最终决出一、二、三等奖。

The Finals will be held during the period of the 2021 World Internet Conference. Domestic projects will be reviewed on-site, and overseas projects will be evaluated through cloud roadshow. The judges  will determine the first, second, and third prize on-site at the end.

颁奖典礼 | The Award Ceremony

大赛颁奖典礼将于2021世界互联网大会闭幕当天举行，每个专题赛一等奖项目将有机会作为参赛项目代表进行现场亮点展示。

The Award Ceremony will take place on the closing day of the World Internet Conference 2021, and the winner projects of each theme will have a opportunity to showcase on-site, as the highlight part of the Conference.
